We have been using CitNow at Broadway Garage for a while now, and it has proven highly popular with our customers. They tell us that being able to follow along with the mechanic, as he describes the faults ​​with their vehicle and the work required, brings great peace of mind.

We implemented CitNow because we know the anxiety many people face when taking their vehicle to a garage, and how easy it is to get scammed by mechanics who overcharge for work that may not even need doing.

How it works
When you book a service with us, you can request a CitNow ("see it now") video free of charge.

Once your assigned technician has completed your vehicle inspection, you will be sent a link to a video of them walking you through any issues discovered on your car, including an explanation of the probable causes of these issues and what you should do next to get them fixed.

You can view the video as many times as you wish, until you are satisfied and comfortable for your assigned technician to go ahead with any recommended work, if you choose to stay with us.
